Training that notices when you drift.

Drift reads every run from your Garmin, along with your sleep and the weather, and adjusts the rest of your week. Ahead of schedule, it builds. Running tired, it backs off.

A 90-minute easy run Pace stays flat at about 7:05 per mile for the whole run while heart rate climbs steadily from 146 to 160 beats per minute.

A 90-minute easy run. Same pace, rising effort: that gap is fatigue, so Drift eases tomorrow's session.

What Drift adjusts for

Fatigue
Heart-rate drift, HRV and sleep decide whether a week builds, holds or backs off.
Weather
Targets ease for heat, humidity and dew point, so a July tempo isn't judged like an October one.
Power
With a Stryd foot pod, intervals are set in watts, which respond instantly where GPS pace lags. Without one, pace and heart rate take over.
Volume
Base-building blocks with no race on the calendar, ramped at a safe weekly rate toward the mileage you're after.

How it works

  1. Connect Garmin. Sign in through Garmin and choose what Drift can read.
  2. Set a goal. A race, or a weekly mileage target for a base-building block.
  3. Run. Workouts show up on your watch. After every run, Drift adjusts the week ahead.
